We cater exclusively for adults.Young adults 16 years of age are welcome.
We operate a guaranteed reservation service, requiring a major credit or debit card to secure a room. The card will not be debited until your stay except in the event of a cancellation or no show.However, in order to secure your booking and check the validity of your card we reserve the right pre-authorize your card, which will temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.
The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival (including no-show). 3rd party booking please follow the 3rd party cancellation policy.
We will confirm any bookings made by email.This is your guarantee of accommodation.In the event that we are double-booked or cannot provide accommodation we will arrange for accommodation in Llandudno in at least the same standard of hotel and pay for any shortfall.
We recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance, which includes cover for cancellation, curtailment and no show.
Guests choosing to leave earlier than the departure date specified in the booking will pay the full charge with no refund for any days that they choose not to stay.
The hotel car park is provided free of charge but is subject to availability.Whilst we cannot guarantee to reserve places please let us know if you have difficulties with mobility and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the hotel.Any breach of this policy will result in an excess charge of £100.00 and that I will be asked to leave the premises with no refund due to me.
Any damage caused to the hotel or its fixtures and fittings will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the proprietors with all costs incurred debited from the card used to secure the reservation.
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.However, this is subject to availability and we will not be liable for any break in coverage due to technical faults.
An Iron and Ironing Board will be made available to guests free of charge on request.Any burn marks caused to furniture / carpets by ironing without using a board will incur an excess charge of £500.00
Payment cash or UK debit card or UK credit cards only.We are unable to accept non-UK debit cards.
Take-away food is not allowed in guest bedrooms
We do not take bookings for single-sex parties of more than 4 people.Anyone arriving at the hotel who has failed to declare this will be refused entry but will be charged in full.
The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy.Any person breaching this policy will be subject to a fine of £50 and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.In this instance no refunds will be given.
Any damaged caused by a guest to any part of the hotel will be charged to the guest.Payment will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking and an itemized invoice will be made available to the guest on request.
Should a guest fail to settle their account in full prior to departure full payment of any outstanding monies due will be taken from the card used to secure the reservation.

1. Checking in.
Normally when checking you in we would ask you to check that the details that we hold for you are correct and to sign our booking terms. In order to keep personal contact to a minimum we will now take it as read that your details are as stated when you booked either online or by telephone and that you have read, understood and accepted our booking terms, a copy of which is appended to the bottom of this email.
2.Breakfast
You will find a breakfast order slip in your room or reception front desk on arrival. Please fill this in and drop it off at reception before 8:00PM. If you are staying for more than 1 night a slip for the following day will be on your table at breakfast time.
You will be allocated a breakfast time on arrival and in order to avoid delays for other guests we ask that you arrive promptly. We no longer offer a cold-buffet service.If an early or late breakfast time is important to you please check with us prior to booking.
We therefore recommend that if you wish to eat out, especially in the evenings, you book your table in advance.
3. Your room
Your room will have been cleaned and sanitised in readiness for your arrival. However, unless you request otherwise, we will not enter your room at all during your stay.
Sachets of tea, coffee etc are provided in your room with extras available on the landing table outside your room if required. These are bagged for your convenience and any unused items will be disposed of when you leave.
If you require clean towels or housekeeping please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for you.
4.Checkout
Checkout is between 8:00 and 10:00AM. To minimise contact at breakfast time we request that you settle your account the day before you are due to leave.
When you leave in the morning please leave your room key on the reception desk.
